# How to filter the availability calendar

**For:** Manager
**You'll need:** Nothing.

Narrow the availability calendar by person or location.

## Open the sidebar

1. In the toolbar, click **'Filter'**.

## Apply filters

1. Pick people in the **'People'** field.
2. Pick locations in the **'Locations'** field.

The calendar redraws as filters change.

## Verify it worked

The calendar shows only blocks for the selected people / locations.
