# How to view the availability detail page

**For:** Manager
**You'll need:** An availability block.

The detail page is a read-only view of one block — useful for sharing a link or auditing.

## Open it

1. From the {doc}`view-the-availability-list`, click the row's title.

## Verify it worked

You see a read-only summary: person, type, start, end, and (if recurring) the recurrence rule.
