# How to clear the multi-selection

**For:** Manager
**You'll need:** An active multi-selection.

Drop every shift from the current selection in one click.

## Clear the selection

1. In the toolbar, click the **'X'** button next to **'Selected shifts (n)'**.

## Verify it worked

The toolbar count disappears and the selection outlines are removed from the shifts.
