# How to toggle the people-hours sidebar

**For:** Manager
**You'll need:** Nothing.

The people-hours sidebar lists every person assigned in the visible date range with their total assigned hours — a quick check for who's over- or under-scheduled.

## Open the sidebar

1. In the calendar toolbar, click **'People hours'**.

## Read the totals

Each row shows a person's name and the sum of their assigned hours for the dates currently visible in the calendar. The list updates whenever you navigate or change the view.

## Close the sidebar

1. Click **'People hours'** again.

## Verify it worked

The right-hand panel opens or collapses, and the totals match the assignments on screen.
