# How to paginate the shift list

**For:** Manager
**You'll need:** A shift list with more rows than fit on one page.

Move through pages and change how many rows are shown at once.

## Move between pages

1. At the bottom of the list, click the page number you want, or **'Next'** / **'Previous'**.

## Change the page size

1. In the page-size dropdown at the bottom, pick the number of rows per page.

## Verify it worked

The visible rows change to match your page and page size; the page indicator updates.
