# How to switch the active template

**For:** Manager
**You'll need:** At least two schedule templates.

Switch which template the template calendar is showing.

## Switch templates

1. In the toolbar, open the **'Template'** dropdown.
2. Pick a different template.

The calendar redraws with that template's shifts. Your selection is remembered for next visit.

## Verify it worked

The dropdown shows the new template name and the calendar shows its shifts.
