# Switch the MLP grouping on a person

**For:** Manager | Admin
**You'll need:** A person open.

You'll switch the MLP block on a person between location-grouped and position-grouped. Your choice persists across all person pages.

## Switch the view

1. Open a person at **Company → People**.
2. Scroll to the **'MLP'** section.
3. Open the grouping dropdown above the block.
4. Choose **'By location'** or **'By position'**.

## Verify it worked

- **'By location'** shows location headers with positions as badges.
- **'By position'** shows position headers with locations as badges.
