# View your skills

**For:** Manager | Admin
**You'll need:** At least one skill.

You'll see every skill defined in your company.

## Open the skills page

1. In the left sidebar, go to **Company → Skills**.

The list shows name, certification flag, and whether verification is required.

## Filter and sort

1. Open the **'Filters'** panel.
2. Filter by name, certification, or verification.
3. Click any column header to sort.
4. Use the column-visibility menu to show or hide columns.

## Verify it worked

The table updates as you change filters.
