# How to read the day-detail breakdown

**For:** Manager
**You'll need:** Nothing.

The day-detail page sorts every person into one of three buckets and shows a capacity strip across the day.

## The three buckets

Full
: The person is available for the entire day (or has a recurring availability covering it).

Partial
: The person is available for some of the day but not all of it.

None
: The person has no availability for this day, or has an unavailability / leave block covering it.

## The hourly capacity strip

Above each bucket sits a strip showing how many people are available at each hour. Use it to spot the moments in the day when capacity dips.
