# How to toggle person display on the availability calendar

**For:** Manager
**You'll need:** Nothing.

The same person-display toggle as the shift calendar — show people as initials in coloured avatars or as full-name lists.

## Toggle it

1. In the toolbar, click **'Person display'** and pick **'Avatars'** or **'Name list'**.
