# How to view the availability list

**For:** Manager
**You'll need:** Nothing.

The availability list is a sortable, filterable, paginated table of every availability block — recurring availability, one-time availability, unavailability, and leave-typed blocks.

## Open it

1. Go to **Planning → Availability** and switch to the **'List'** tab.

## Verify it worked

You see a table of blocks with columns for person, type, status, start, and end.
