# How to read the coverage severity tooltip

**For:** Manager
**You'll need:** Nothing.

Hover any cell in the grid for a tooltip listing every shift in that hour and the issues grouped by shift and by person.

## Open the tooltip

1. Hover any cell.

The tooltip lists:

- **Shifts in this hour** — title, time, position, location.
- **Issues by shift** — for example "Shift 09:00–13:00 needs 3, has 2".
- **Issues by person** — for example "Maria K. is double-booked across two locations".

## Verify it worked

Moving the mouse off the cell closes the tooltip.
