# How to view the coverage grid

**For:** Manager
**You'll need:** Nothing.

The coverage grid is an hour-by-hour staffing view per location, grouped by area and position.

## Open it

1. Go to **Planning → Coverage** in the left sidebar.

The grid loads with hours across the top and area/position rows down the side.

## Verify it worked

You see a grid of cells, each cell shaded according to how well-staffed that hour is — green for fully covered, amber for partial, red for critical gaps.
