# How to open the publish horizon page

**For:** Manager
**You'll need:** Nothing.

The publish horizon page is one form: a cutoff date and time, and an optional location filter.

## Open it

1. Go to **Planning → Publish** in the left sidebar.
2. Or click **'Publish'** in the toolbar of the {doc}`/plan-schedules/shift-calendar/index` or {doc}`/plan-schedules/shift-list/index`.

## Verify it worked

You see the publish form with the cutoff datetime field and the location dropdown.
