# How to delete a schedule template

**For:** Manager
**You'll need:** A schedule template.

Permanently remove a template. Shifts that have already been generated from it (with **'Apply template'**) are unaffected — only the reusable plan is deleted.

## Delete the template

1. Open the template from the list.
2. Click **'Delete'**.
3. Confirm in the dialog.

## Verify it worked

The template disappears from the list.
