# How to export the calendar to PDF

**For:** Manager
**You'll need:** A calendar view with at least one shift.

Print or share the schedule by exporting the current view (with active filters) to PDF.

## Export

1. Set the view, date range, and filters you want.
2. In the toolbar, click **'Export PDF'**.

A PDF download starts. The PDF reflects exactly what's on screen — same view mode, same date range, same filters.

## Verify it worked

The browser downloads a PDF file. Open it to confirm the layout matches the calendar view.
