# Bulk-edit shifts

Apply a single change — location, area, position, headcount, notes, or assignments — to many shifts at once. Or delete many at once.

You build the selection from either the {doc}`/plan-schedules/shift-list/index` or the {doc}`/plan-schedules/shift-calendar/index` and then open the bulk form from the toolbar.
