# Switch the MLP grouping on a location

**For:** Manager | Admin
**You'll need:** A location open.

You'll switch the MLP block between position-grouped and people-grouped views. Your choice is remembered for the next time you open a location.

## Switch the view

1. Open a location at **Company → Locations**.
2. Scroll to the **'MLP'** section.
3. Open the grouping dropdown above the block.
4. Choose **'By position'** or **'By people'**.

The block re-renders in place. The choice is saved per user, not per location.

## Verify it worked

- **'By position'** shows position headers with people as badges.
- **'By people'** shows person headers with positions as badges.
