# Switch the MLP grouping on a position

**For:** Manager | Admin
**You'll need:** A position open.

You'll switch the MLP block on a position between location-grouped and people-grouped views. Your choice persists across all position pages.

## Switch the view

1. Open a position at **Company → Positions**.
2. Scroll to the **'MLP'** section.
3. Open the grouping dropdown above the block.
4. Choose **'By location'** or **'By people'**.

## Verify it worked

- **'By location'** shows location headers with people as badges.
- **'By people'** shows person headers with locations as badges.
