# View skill details

**For:** Manager | Admin
**You'll need:** A skill record.

You'll see the people who hold a skill and the positions that require it, all on one page.

## Open the detail page

1. Go to **Company → Skills** in the left sidebar.
2. Click the skill name.
3. Click **'View details'**.

The page shows:

- The skill's basic info — name, description, certification flag, verification flag.
- The **'People'** section, listing everyone who holds it.
- The **'Positions'** section, listing every position that requires it.

## Verify it worked

The two lists render with badges showing each person's level and each position's requirement strength.
