# How to reset your password

**For:** Manager | Shift worker | Admin
**You'll need:** Access to your account email inbox.

You'll request a password reset and set a new password.

## Request the reset

1. Go to the {{ app_name }} login page.
2. Click **'Forgot password'**.
3. Enter your email address.
4. Click **'Send reset link'**.

## Set a new password

1. Open the reset email and click **'Reset password'**.
2. Enter a new password.
3. Re-enter it to confirm.
4. Click **'Save password'**.

## Verify it worked

You can log in with the new password. The reset link is invalidated as soon as you've used it.
