# Labor cost

**For:** Manager | Admin
**You'll need:** Permission to view reports (your manager will know).

The labor cost report rolls up total hours, total cost, and average cost per hour for each location over a date range. Use it to track spend without leaving the schedule data.

## Export

See {doc}`exports` for CSV, XLSX, and PDF details.

Each row is one location, with totals for hours, cost, and average cost per hour over the selected range.

## Verify it worked

The locations on the page match the ones in your **'Location'** filter (or all of them if the filter is empty). For each row, average cost per hour equals total cost divided by total hours.
