# How to see your shifts as a list

**For:** Shift worker
**You'll need:** Nothing.

Prefer a list to a calendar grid? Open the shifts list to see your upcoming shifts as rows you can sort and filter.

## Open the list

1. In the header, open **Planning**.
2. Click **'Planning list'**.

1. Tap **Shifts** in the bottom bar.

The mobile schedule *is* a list — there's no calendar grid to switch away from. Your next shift sits in a card at the top; everything after it is listed under **'Upcoming'** in date order, newest last.

## Filter to just your shifts

Use the sidebar filter to narrow by date range, location, or position. The mechanics are the same as on the manager side — see {doc}`/plan-schedules/shift-list/index`.

:sync: mobile

The **Shifts** tab lists only your own upcoming shifts, so there's nothing to filter.

If you want the whole team's shifts, tap the people icon in the top bar for **'Team schedule'** — that screen has a filter icon for location, area, position, and person.

## Verify it worked

The list shows your upcoming shifts with date, time, location, and position.
