# How to view the shift list

**For:** Manager
**You'll need:** Nothing.

The shift list shows every shift in your company as a paginated table. Filters, sort, and column choices are remembered per user.

## Open the list

1. Go to **Planning → Planning list**.

The table loads with your last-used filters, sort order, and visible columns.

The mobile app has no table of every shift in the company. It has two lists instead.

1. Tap **Shifts** in the bottom bar for your own schedule: a **Next shift** card followed by **Upcoming**, grouped by day.
2. Tap the team icon in the top bar for **Team schedule** — your coworkers' shifts over the loaded window.

Both lists work from the offline cache, so they still show the last synced data with no connection; pull down to refresh. A banner tells you when what you're seeing is stale.

## Verify it worked

The page shows a table with at least the start date, end date, location, position, people, and status columns visible.
