# Company settings

Tenant-wide settings: country and currency, payroll cadence, attendance grace, time approval mode, shift acceptance, forgotten and automatic clock-out, which devices may punch and how the kiosk verifies them, leave year, shift-marketplace rules, and the default sick-leave ladder. These apply to everyone in the company and are restricted to **Owner** and **Admin** roles.

You'll find them on the same page as your personal settings: open the account dropdown (top-right) and click **'Settings'**. Company settings are in the right column.
