# Companies

A **company** (internally, a *tenant*) is one organisation in {{ app_name }}. If you're an Owner you can run several companies under one account — they share a single subscription, billed per person. From the **Manage companies** page you can add a company, rename one, and review your subscription; you can also switch between any companies you belong to, and (carefully) delete one.
