Delete company periods

Delete company periods#

For: Manager | Admin You’ll need: A period you no longer need.

You’ll remove one or many company periods at once.

Delete one#

  1. Go to Company → Periods in the left sidebar.

  2. Open the period.

  3. Click ‘Delete’.

  4. In the ‘Delete period?’ dialog, click ‘Delete period’.

Delete many at once#

  1. On the list, tick the checkbox at the start of each row.

  2. Click ‘Delete selected’ above the table.

  3. In the ‘Delete periods?’ dialog, confirm.

Warning

Deleting a period that already has leave grants or transactions removes the audit trail for that window. Only delete periods you created in error.

Verify it worked#

The period (or periods) no longer appear at Company → Periods.
