Hours summary#

For: Manager | Admin You’ll need: Permission to view reports (your manager will know).

Hours summary aggregates worked hours per person and location over a date range. Use it to see who worked how much and where, without drilling into individual shifts.

Open the report#

  1. In the left sidebar, click ‘Reports’.

  2. On the Reports landing page, click the ‘Hours summary’ card.

Filter the data#

The filter panel sits at the top of the report.

  1. In the ‘Start date’ and ‘End date’ fields, set the date range.

  2. (Optional) Open the ‘Location’ dropdown and pick one or more locations.

  3. (Optional) Open the ‘Person’ dropdown and pick one or more people.

  4. (Optional) Open the ‘Status’ dropdown and pick one or more workflow statuses (‘Published’, ‘Submitted’, ‘Approved’).

  5. Click ‘Apply filters’.

To start over, click ‘Clear’.

Export#

Columns in this report:

  • Employee

  • Location

  • Scheduled

  • Worked

  • Confirmed

  • Refused

  • Shifts

Verify it worked#

Each row shows one person at one location. ‘Scheduled’ is the planned hours, ‘Worked’ is what actually happened, and ‘Shifts’ is the count of shifts that contributed.
