How to bulk-delete schedule templates#
For: Manager You’ll need: A template list with at least two rows, and permission to delete schedule templates.
Delete multiple templates at once — the rows you tick, or every template the filter matches. Generated shifts are not affected — only the reusable plans are removed.
Bulk-delete#
In the template list, tick the row checkboxes you want to delete. Ticks carry over when you move to another page of the list.
Or open the ▾ menu in the selection column header and choose ‘Select this page’ — or ‘Select all pages’ to take every template the current filter matches, on every page.
Click ‘Delete selected’ below the table.
In the ‘Delete item?’ dialog, click ‘Delete item’.
Without permission to delete templates, the list shows no checkboxes and no ‘Delete selected’ button.
Verify it worked#
The list refreshes without the deleted templates; a count toast confirms.
