How to add, edit, or delete your own availability#

For: Shift worker You’ll need: Nothing.

You use the same forms as your manager, scoped to your own account.

Add an availability block#

  1. Go to My availability.

  2. Click ‘Add availability’.

  3. Pick a type, set a start and end, and (optionally) tick ‘Recurring’ for a pattern.

  4. Click ‘Save’.

Edit a block#

  1. Click the block in your overview or calendar.

  2. Update fields and save. For recurring blocks pick ‘This’ / ‘Following’ / ‘All’ (see How to edit an availability block).

Delete a block#

  1. Open the block and click ‘Delete’.

  2. For recurring blocks pick the scope and confirm.

Verify it worked#

The new (or changed) block appears on your overview and calendar.
