Who can see the timesheet#
For: Manager | Shift worker You’ll need: Nothing.
The timesheet is primarily a manager surface, but what you see depends on your role.
Managers and admins see every finished shift in the locations they manage. They can edit clock times, confirm hours, confirm on someone’s behalf, approve, and unapprove.
Shift workers see only their own finished shifts on the timesheet — never anyone else’s, and never the company-wide list. On their own rows they can edit their clock times and confirm their hours, but they can’t approve. Approving is always a manager’s job.
Note
In dual-approval mode, confirming is the worker’s part of the sign-off. Most workers do it without ever opening the timesheet — clocking out at the kiosk is the confirmation (see How a worker uses the kiosk). The web timesheet is the backup path for workers who need to confirm or fix a finished shift themselves. See How confirmation and approval work.
