How to read the assigned-vs-required bar#
For: Manager You’ll need: Nothing.
Each cell shows two numbers and a coloured bar — assigned vs. required, plus a percentage.
What the bar shows#
Assigned — how many people are currently assigned to shifts covering that hour.
Required — the sum of min headcount across the shifts covering that hour.
Bar fill — the percentage of required that’s currently assigned.
What the colours mean#
Green (full) — assigned ≥ required for this hour.
Amber (warning) — assigned > 0 but < required.
Red (critical) — assigned = 0 while required > 0.
