How to multi-select shifts by click#
For: Manager You’ll need: Two or more shifts on the calendar.
Build a selection one shift at a time — useful when the shifts you want aren’t contiguous.
Toggle shifts into the selection#
Hold ‘Alt’ (‘Option’ on macOS).
Click each shift you want in the selection.
Click an already-selected shift again to deselect it.
A toolbar appears showing ‘Selected shifts (n)’ with the running count.
Verify it worked#
Selected shifts have a highlighted outline, and the count in the toolbar matches the shifts you’ve clicked.
