Billing

Your subscription, seats, invoices, trials, and grace periods. Billing is handled by Stripe — Shiftavo hands you off to Stripe’s hosted Checkout and Customer Portal for every billing action.

Shiftavo comes in three plans — Core, Plus and Pro — one price per person per month, no base fee and no minimum. The plan cards on your account page list what each one includes.

Billing is per account, not per company. One subscription and one plan cover every company you own, and you’re charged per person — anyone who works in more than one of your companies counts as a single seat. You manage all of it from the ‘Plan’ section of your account page (account menu → ‘Account’).

Only Owners can see and use billing.
