Billing

Your subscription, seats, invoices, trials, and grace periods. Billing is handled by Stripe — Shiftavo hands you off to Stripe’s hosted Checkout and Customer Portal for every billing action.

Billing is per account, not per company. One subscription covers every company you own, and you’re charged per person — anyone who works in more than one of your companies counts as a single seat. You manage all of it from the Manage companies page (account dropdown → ‘Account’ → ‘Manage companies’).

Only Owners can see and use billing.
