How to log in#
For: Manager | Shift worker | Admin You’ll need: A confirmed Shiftavo account.
You’ll sign in and land on whichever screen you used last.
Sign in#
Go to the Shiftavo home page.
Click ‘Log in’ in the top-right.
Enter your email and password.
Click ‘Log in’.
You’re sent to the web app and signed in.
Open the app and tap ‘Sign in’.
Your phone opens a secure browser window on the Shiftavo sign-in page. Enter your email and password there.
The window closes by itself and drops you back in the app, on your shifts.
There are no email and password fields in the app itself — sign-in always goes through the browser, which is what lets your phone’s saved passwords and your company’s sign-in work. After the first time, the app keeps you signed in; you shouldn’t see this screen again unless you sign out.
If it says ‘Signing in…’ or ‘Starting up…’ for a while, that’s the server waking up — give it a moment rather than force-quitting. “You’re offline — using your saved session” means the app couldn’t reach the network and is carrying on with the session it already had.
Verify it worked#
On the web, you should see the schedule (or your last-used screen) and your email address in the account dropdown (top-right). In the app, you land on the Shifts tab with the bottom bar showing Shifts, Inbox, More, and Settings, and your email on the Profile row under Settings → Account.
