How to see what you’ve earned#
For: Shift worker You’ll need: Nothing.
The ‘My earnings’ report shows your per-shift earnings — date, location, position, hours, and amount. Every signed-in user can read their own report.
Open My earnings#
In the header, open the Reports dropdown.
Under Financial, click ‘My earnings’.
Tap More in the bottom bar.
Tap ‘Hours and earnings’.
The screen opens on this month: a totals card (‘Total’, ‘Hours’, ‘Shifts’, and ‘Paid absence’ when you had any), then one row per shift. Pull down to refresh.
Filter the report#
Use the sidebar filter to narrow by:
Date range
Location
You can also export the report as CSV, XLSX, or PDF.
Tap the filter icon in the top bar. The ‘Filter’ sheet offers:
‘Period’ — a preset range: ‘Today’, ‘This week’, ‘Last week’, ‘This month’, ‘Last month’, ‘Last 30 days’, ‘Last 3 months’, ‘This year’, ‘Last year’, ‘YTD’.
‘Sorting’ — ‘Oldest first’ or ‘Newest first’.
There’s no location filter and no export on mobile — use the web report for those.
For the canonical reference, see Reports and payroll.
Verify it worked#
You see one row per shift in the chosen date range, with hours and amount totaled at the bottom.
