How to filter the coverage grid#
For: Manager You’ll need: Nothing.
Narrow the grid by location, area, or position.
Add a filter#
Click the filter icon button in the toolbar. The menu offers three properties: ‘Location’, ‘Area’, and ‘Position’.
Pick one and tick one or more values.
Click ‘Apply’.
Add each further filter the same way — one property at a time. Every active filter shows as a chip below the toolbar: click the chip to change it, × to remove it, ‘Clear’ to remove them all. Filters are persisted between visits.
There’s no date filter — move through dates with the prev/next arrows and ‘Today’ instead (see How to navigate coverage by date).
Verify it worked#
The grid redraws with only the matching locations and positions, and each active filter is listed as a chip below the toolbar. The grid is not paginated, so there is no item count to check.
