How to view the coverage grid#
For: Manager You’ll need: Nothing.
The coverage grid is an hour-by-hour staffing view per location, grouped by area and position.
Open it#
Go to Planning → Coverage in the left sidebar.
The grid loads with hours across the top and area/position rows down the side.
Verify it worked#
You see a grid of cells, each shaded by the staffing gap in that hour — green when fully staffed, amber when one person short, red when two or more short. An hour with no shift shows a dash.
