How to open a shift in a new tab#
For: Manager You’ll need: A shift on the calendar.
Open the shift edit form in a new browser tab — useful when comparing two shifts or keeping the calendar visible.
Modifier-click the shift#
Hold ‘Ctrl’ (Windows / Linux) or ‘Cmd’ (Mac).
Click the shift block.
The edit form opens in a new browser tab; the calendar stays where it was.
Verify it worked#
A new tab opens with the shift edit page.
