How to switch the world-clock timezone#

For: Manager You’ll need: Nothing (most useful when your company spans more than one timezone).

Render every shift in either the location’s local timezone or your viewer timezone. Useful when you plan across cities or countries.

Open the world-clock menu#

  1. In the toolbar, click the ‘World clock’ button.

Pick a timezone mode#

  1. Choose ‘Location timezone’ to render each shift in the timezone of the location it belongs to. A 09:00 shift in Zürich and a 09:00 shift in New York both display as 09:00.

  2. Choose ‘Viewer timezone’ to render every shift in your own timezone. A 09:00 shift in New York shifts on the calendar to its local-equivalent time for you.

Verify it worked#

The shift times on the calendar redraw to match the chosen mode.
