How to open the day-detail view#
For: Manager You’ll need: Nothing.
The day-detail view drills into a single day, grouping people by how much they’re available.
Open it#
On the availability calendar, click the counts shown in a day.
The day-detail page opens with up to three groups of people — ‘Available’, ‘Partial’, and ‘Unavailable’ — each with its share percentage. A group with nobody in it isn’t shown.
Verify it worked#
You see the day-detail page with its groups and, when anyone has available time that day, the ‘Hourly capacity’ strip.
