How to sign out#

Sign out when you’re done — especially on a shared device.

What’s in the account menu#

On the web, the account menu (top-right) shows your email, plus:

  • ‘Account’ — your account page, with password, email addresses, and company access.

  • ‘Settings’ — your personal settings.

  • ‘Documentation’ — this help site.

  • ‘Helpdesk’ — contact support.

  • ‘Sign out’

Sign out#

  1. In the top-right, open the account menu.

  2. Click ‘Sign out’.

You’re returned to the sign-in screen.

  1. Tap Settings in the bottom bar.

  2. Under ‘Account’, tap ‘Sign out’.

You’re returned to the app’s sign-in screen. Signing out also stops push notifications for your account on this phone — and so does being signed out by the app itself. If the phone is offline at that moment, it finishes the job the next time the app starts or the connection returns.

Verify it worked#

You land on the sign-in screen, with no account menu (web) or bottom bar (mobile) visible.
