Add a skill to a person#

For: Manager | Admin You’ll need: At least one skill defined — see Add a skill.

You’ll attach a skill to a person at a chosen level. If the skill is a certification, you can also set an expiration date.

Open the skills section#

  1. Go to Company → People in the left sidebar.

  2. Open the person.

  3. Expand the ‘Skills’ section.

Add the skill#

  1. Click ‘Add skill’.

  2. Open the ‘Skill’ dropdown and pick one.

  3. Choose a ‘Level’ — one of ‘Beginner’, ‘Advanced’, ‘Professional’, or ‘Certified’.

  4. (Optional) For certifications, pick an ‘Expiration date’.

  5. Click ‘Save’.

Verify it worked#

The skill appears in the ‘Skills’ section with its level badge. Certifications carry a ‘Cert’ badge; expired ones get an additional ‘Expired’ badge.
