I can’t see the timesheet (or it’s empty)#
For: Shift worker You’ll need: Nothing.
You opened Planning → Management → Timesheet and it’s empty, you can’t find a particular shift, or you expected to see your colleagues’ hours too. Here’s what’s normal and what isn’t.
What you can see#
As a shift worker, the timesheet shows only your own shifts — never your colleagues’. On your own rows you can edit the clock times and confirm your hours; approving is a manager’s job. See Who can see the timesheet.
Check three possibilities#
The list is empty. You have no published shifts yet. A shift becomes a timesheet row as soon as it’s published; until it’s over it sits there as ‘Scheduled’ and reads ‘Not yet ended’, with nothing to confirm.
A specific shift is missing. It wasn’t published, it was cancelled and you have no hours recorded on it, or you declined it and no hours were ever clocked against it. A cancelled shift you did record hours on stays listed, with a ‘Cancelled’ badge. Events only show up when they’re paid. Check the shift on How to see your schedule.
You expected to see everyone. The company-wide timesheet is manager-only. If you manage a location, ask your manager to grant you the manager role there.
Verify it worked#
Your own published shifts are listed with their scheduled and actual times, upcoming ones included. An empty list with no filter chips means you have no published shifts yet — not that something is broken.
