How to manage your email addresses#

For: Manager | Shift worker | Admin You’ll need: Nothing.

You can attach more than one email to your Shiftavo account, set which one is primary, and remove old ones.

Open the email addresses page#

  1. Open the account dropdown (top-right).

  2. Click ‘Account’.

  3. Click ‘Email addresses’.

Add an email address#

  1. In the ‘Add email’ field, enter the new address.

  2. Click ‘Add’.

  3. Open the verification email and click ‘Confirm’.

Set the primary address#

  1. On the row for the address you want as primary, click ‘Make primary’.

The primary address is the one used for password resets and notifications.

Remove an address#

  1. On the row for the address, click ‘Remove’.

  2. Confirm in the dialog.

You can’t remove the primary address — set another one as primary first.

Verify it worked#

The list shows the addresses with ‘Verified’ and ‘Primary’ badges where applicable.
