Edit a required skill#
For: Manager | Admin You’ll need: A skill already linked to the position.
You’ll toggle whether the skill is hard-required for the position.
Open the skill#
Go to Company → Positions in the left sidebar.
Open the position.
Expand the ‘Required skills’ section.
Click the skill.
Toggle the requirement#
Tick or clear the ‘Required’ checkbox.
Click ‘Save’.
Tip
To swap the linked skill, remove the row and add a new one — see Remove a required skill and Add a required skill to a position.
Verify it worked#
The badge on the skill row updates between ‘Required’ and the lighter “preferred” style.
