Edit an employment type#

For: Manager | Admin You’ll need: An employment type to edit.

You’ll update name, code, description, compensation, contracted hours, leave policies, or the default per-weekday hours.

Open the employment type#

  1. Go to Company → Employment types in the left sidebar.

  2. Click the row.

Make your changes#

  1. Update any of the fields.

  2. Click ‘Save’.

Note

Changes apply to people already on this employment type. Existing leave grants and availability blocks are not retroactively changed.

Verify it worked#

A toast confirms the save and the row in the list reflects your changes.
