How to view the availability list#
For: Manager You’ll need: Nothing.
The availability list is a sortable, filterable, paginated table of every availability block — recurring availability, one-time availability, unavailability, and leave-typed blocks.
Open it#
Go to Planning → Availability and switch to the ‘List’ tab.
Verify it worked#
You see a table of blocks with columns for person, type, status, start, and end.
