Add an area#

For: Manager | Admin You’ll need: At least one location.

You’ll create an area inside a location, ready to use when you plan shifts.

Open the area form#

  1. Go to Company → Areas in the left sidebar.

  2. Click ‘Add new area’ in the top-right.

Fill in the form#

  1. Enter a ‘Name’ for the area.

  2. Open the ‘Location’ dropdown and pick the parent location.

  3. Click ‘Save’.

The dropdown only shows locations you have access to.

Verify it worked#

The new area appears in the list at Company → Areas, under its parent location.
