How to view a time-compensation row

How to view a time-compensation row#

For: Manager | Admin You’ll need: Nothing.

You’ll open a single ledger row to see who it credits, how much, when, and what produced it.

Open the row#

  1. In the left sidebar, go to Company → Time compensation.

  2. Click the row in the list.

What you see#

The detail page is read-only. It shows:

  • ‘Member’ — the person the row credits or debits.

  • ‘Date’ — the date the row applies to.

  • ‘Delta hours’ — the signed value, formatted as decimal hours.

  • ‘Source’ — one of ‘Night-work accrual’, ‘Compensation time taken’, ‘Termination payout’, or ‘Manual adjustment’.

  • ‘Linked source’ — a link to the originating record. For night-work accruals, the shift; for compensation time taken, the leave request; for termination payouts and manual adjustments, the HR note on the row itself. Reversals are recorded as offsetting ‘Manual adjustment’ rows linked to the same source — the original row is never deleted.

  • ‘Created by’ and ‘Created at’ — the audit stamp.

There is no edit button. To correct a row, post a manual adjustment with the opposite sign — see How to add a manual time-compensation adjustment.
